How can we get the data from last years survey?

    Good morning,

    I am the Director of Operations here at DeltaTrak, Inc. and we would like to use your service for this year's Customer surveys but we do not have the results from last years survey. Our Quality Manager at the time was Rey Cardenas, who is no longer with us, and he submitted the survey using the following link : https://submit.jotform.com/231446242781152

    Could you please contact me at alewis@deltatrak.com or 209-554-8782 to see if we might obtain the survey results? Thanks in advance for the assistance with this issue.

The form DeltaTrak Customer Satisfaction Form belongs to the Jotform account registered under the email address : a**n*s***@d**ta**ak.**m. The submission results can only be accessed by the form owner, so you will need to contact the form owner and ask them to share the submission for that form.
