    Hi Chris,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's really easy to send your form with your colleagues for them to test it. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. Under Quick Share tab, you can directly click Copy Link to send it to your colleagues.
    3. Another option is to enter their email address under Invite By Email and click on Send Invitation. Am I still able to edit my form after publishing it? Image 1 Screenshot 20

You can still edit your form after publishing it. All changes will be automatically applied to the published form. Please keep in mind when deleting form fields that if the form already has submissions, and you remove a field, the submitted data for that field will also be deleted.

We also have a guide to help you learn how to Add Collaborators. Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Ok- that did work, although when i test out the link after publishing and enabling, it just brings me to a sign up page. I dont want people to have to sign up to fill out the form. It's currently set to private and my hope was to be able to use the link to email out to people that would take them directly to the page and form.

    Hi Chris,

You'll need to change form access setting to Public so when you share the link with a user, they won't need to sign up or login to fill the form. Let me show you how you can change the access setting of your form to Public:

    • Open your form in Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Quick Share.
    • Click on blue Private Form button under DIRECT LINK OF YOUR FORM, and Select Public Form.
    • Copy the Form URL and share it with the users.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
