Can monthly signed document limitaiton increase?

Not sure if this is the right place, and you guys make it very hard to contact you, so maybe this isn't the right product for us.

I represent Hoodoo Ski Resort. Looking to move our forms online. I'm well versed in Air Table so I understand a lot of the features in JotForm.

We'd like to use your product but we only use it 4 months out of the year. The bronze plan fits out needs as we're not using this for marketing and we're not an online company and have very little online presence: it's just not needed in our industry that focuses on being outside.

The only issue is the 100 signed docs per month. As we're only using it 4 months per year, is there anyway to squish this together? We will pay for the entire year, but 100 signed docs/month is a complete deal breaker.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've gone thorough the detailed information you shared with us. If you are going to use the only 4 months out of a year, then you can subscribe to the monthly plan then you can downgrade to the Starter plan. Unfortunately, the signed document limitation can't be changed in any plans, including Bronze. If you need more than 100 signed documents per month, then you can check for the Silver or the Gold plan.
