Hello there,
We reached our monthly signed document quota, so I removed the signature feature so that we can continue to use our forms.
However, it still requesting me to upgrade and it won't allow my users to complete the form.

Hi Monica,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I recalculated your account's usage and your forms should now be accessible again. Your account's monthly limits will rest on the 7th.
You can always check your account's current usage and when its monthly limit would reset on the Usage Page of your account. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture.
- Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
- Under Account Settings, click on the Usage tab.
