Feature: Rearranging the Forms on the My Forms Page by Click and Drag

How do I organize my forms in the dashboard according to the date of the event listed on the form (NOT the date that it was created). For example, I want the top of my list to start with the event that is coming up soonest (In July), and to end with the event/form that is coming up last (September).

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Just to make sure that I understood what you're asking, you want to sort all your forms in the dashboard according to the date of the event, right? If that's what you're trying to do, here's how you can sort your forms not only by the date it was created:

1. Go to your My Forms page.
2. Click on Creation Date, on the right side of the page, and it will show you the options on how you can sort your forms.
3. You can rename your forms by Month, Day, and Year, so you can sort it the way you want it.

Thank you but this is not what I was referring to. I want to "move/slide" each form on the dashboard to make sure they are appearing in chronological order. Even if I name them with the date only, they will still appear out of order if I cannot "move/slide" them up and down on the dashboard to organize them according to the day that they are taking place. When I try to click each form to move it's order on the dashboard, it has a red circle with the line through it saying that I cannot move it this way. Please advise :)

Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. It's currently not possible to click and drag the My Forms page so that you can rearrange them.

We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
