I'm having trouble configuring payment on my jot form page

    Hi,

    I'm working on this page: https://form.jotform.com/232815285097160

    I think there's an error with the payment and thank you page, and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Can you please help?

    Can you please share more details about the error you are having?  It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    Hi Laura,

    I checked your form and I wasn't able to replicate the issue. Can you make sure you have a stable internet connection as the options are not loaded for your form? Check out my screenshot below:

You can check this guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache. Can you please test your form again and see how it goes? If the issue still persists, please let us know, and we will further investigate to better understand what is going on.
