Can we embed our form to our email?

CAN WE EMBED THIS SURVEY TO OUR CRM EMAIL AND SEND IT TO OUR LIST OF BUYERS IN A MASS EMAIL?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's possible to embed your form in an email by getting the full source code of your form. However, we don't recommend this method of sharing because the form may not function properly in most email providers. This can only be done in the Publish section of your Form Builder. Let me show you how to do this:

1. In the Form Builder, click on Publish on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. From Embed on the left side window, select Source Code at the bottom of the page and click on Copy Code.
3. Still in Publish tab, select Emails on the left side panel and select Share on Email.
4. Remove the current Email Content.
5. Click on the Source Code icon, paste the code that you copied, and click on the Ok button.
6. From the Recipients tab, enter the email address of where To send the form.
7. Click on the Send button at the bottom of the page. For a Starter account, you can add up to 10 recipients here.

What we usually suggest, is by getting the form URL and send the link by pasting it on your email. By using this method, you can send it to more recipients. Just be mindful of your account usage and limits. Let me show you how to do this:

1. In the Form Builder, click on Publish on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. From Quick Share, under Share With Link, click on Copy Code.
