How i can send the form information on a qrcode?

Hi, I'm trying to send the name and the product information on a qrcode to the email of the customer. This can be achieved? and how to?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understood you correctly, you already have a QR code which you want to send to customer via autoresponder email. If this is the case, yes, you can add your QR code as an Image in the Autoresponder email. Let me show you how:

1. In Form builder, select Settings at the top.

2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

3. Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder email and click on the Pencil icon.

4. Under Email tab, scroll down to Email content section.

5. Click on Insert Image icon & upload your QR code's picture.

You can add text in the autoresponder email and also can adjust the size of added image. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? It is suggested if you can send us some screenshots of what’s happening?
