Our live chat support is available for 24/7 when there is an available chat support agent to assist you. If it's available, you'll see a pop-up if you're logged into your account it's located on the lower-right part of the image below:

If you do not see the Live Chatbox when you open a Jotform page, then there is high traffic, meaning the live chat is closed.
