    Hello JotForm Support Team,

I hope you are well. I am reaching out to you because I am having trouble setting up conditions in my form.

On one of the pages of my form, I have a checkbox that users need to check. I would like that, if the user checks this checkbox on the first page, another checkbox on the last page of the form gets checked automatically. This last checkbox should be read-only for the user, meaning they should not be able to uncheck it.

I have tried to set up this condition in the form, but I have not been able to make it work as I need. I would greatly appreciate your help in solving this problem.

I look forward to your response. Thank you very much in advance.

    Best regards,

    Hi Plataforma_Comercial,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having issues with your form. We can help you set up the condition that you need for your form. Can you provide us which specific checkbox needs to be checked and will be copied? Can you send us some screenshots? This guide will show you how to do that.

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    Hi Plataforma Comercial,

I've checked out the screenshot you shared with us. For the 'Multiple Choice' element, the options need to be identical in order to copy of the values, otherwise it won't work. So, you will need to copy the same element from the page 1 and add it to the page 5 and add this condition.

Paste it on the last page 5. Conditions: How to copy a Multiple Choice elements value to another Multiple Choice element? Image 3 Screenshot 92

    Add this condition:

IF : 10 Note ! If you do not select this option, you will not be enrolled.

    STATE: Is Filled.

    DO: Copy Field Value

FROM: 10 Note ! If you do not select this option, you will not be enrolled.

TO: 23. Note ! If you do not select this option, you will not be enrolled.
