Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have reviewed your account, and you have not exceeded any of your account limits. I have cleared your form cache and the issue is now resolved as shown in the screenshot.
You can also clear your form cache on your end. Here's how to do it:
1. In Settings, click on Clear Cache.
