Hello,
I am about to downgrade our account and want to make sure we don't lose anything. Can you confirm if we will lose anything when I downgrade to the free version?

Hello Jennifer,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, your account has a total submission storage of 239,482 and the Starter Plan can only accommodate 500 submissions. Once you exceeded this limit, your forms won't be disabled and you will still be able to receive new submissions but the oldest submission data will be automatically deleted to make space for new submissions. I suggest downloading all your data to ensure that no data is lost. Exporting data all at once is easy, let me show you how:
- Hover over mouse over y-our avatar icon at the navigation bar, and click on Profile Name
- Select Data on the left side menu, then click on Download My Data button under the Export Data row.
- Click on Create New Export button in the window that opens.
- Select the time frame of data you want to export. All Time is the default. Y
- Select which data to export, then click on Prepare Download button to start the export process.
- You will see the progress of the download and once done, you can click on Download button to get the zipped data on your device.
