We have people who need to cancel but there is not a way to do that and they retain their activity selections. We need this fixed.

Unfortunately this only allows for them to make edits, not cancel their selections.

    Hi Counseling_Wellness,

Users will be able to edit their submission and deselect the option in the Weekly Appointment Planner. This action will free up the slot upon form submission, effectively canceling their selection.  Check out the screenshot below to see if they could deselect the option and it will free up the slot:

I did try this myself and it didn't seem to work.

The activities I de-selected, did not make them active again for a new user.

    Here is an example.

I confirmed this person is not attending but they still retain their activity.

This has happened with a few people who have 0 as how many people are attending.

We need these selections freed up for those who have canceled.

    Hi Counseling_Wellness,

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. When I edited the form and removed the selected activities, the number of available activities in the Weekly Appointment planner field returned to the original count. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I've cleared your form cache on our server to refresh your form. Can you please try to edit the submission from your table and see how it goes?  If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

Most likely they did not clear out their activities and just changed attendance to 0. How can I do it for them?

    Hi Counseling_Wellness,

Editing the submission from the table is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Three Dots icon beside the submission that you want to edit.
    2. Then, click on Edit Entry, after editing the submission, just click the submit button, to change the value of the field.
