My app is disabled and account suspended

    Hello -- I would like for Jotforms to reinstate my account. My account got flagged for click bait. For now, I cannot switch to my corporate email. May I just go ahead and purchase the monthly subscription to prevent this from happening again?

    Please, my students are emailing me complaining about the app, and I really need it opened again.

    Hi Carla,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support.  It seems that your account got automatically suspended by our system due to “Possible clickbait”. This usually occurs when you link a URL to an image in your form. Upon checking, the Garden Plant and Diseases form contains an image that links to an external URL which is the probable cause of the suspension.

    I have reinstated your account, so you should now be able to log into it. To avoid getting suspended again, we would suggest that you remove the link from the image. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, click the Image Properties field and click the gear icon.
    • Go to the Advanced tab and remove the URL on the Link Image option
    • Turn the slider OFF for Link Image.
