Pictures don’t show up sometimes

I’m curious why the pics I uploaded for my form don’t always show up. If I reopen it many times sometimes some will finally show up.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have reviewed the source of the image, and it is associated with a Guest account, which is a temporary account. Since the Guest account no longer exist, the image can no longer be accessed, which is why a broken image is instead displayed. I would suggest uploading the Form Logo again so that it will be stored under your account. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Form Logo, which is currently a broken image.

2. On the right panel, click on Remove.

3. Click on Upload File and select your image.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

What do you mean by "Guest account"? The free version?

What my colleague tried to explain is that when the Form Logo was initially upload, the account that was used to upload it was a guest account. Now, as suggested by Christopher, please re-upload the form logo so that it will be stored on your account. You can check out this page on how to add the form logo.
