I need to get the June invoice for my accounting dept please?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I went ahead and checked your account, but there's no transaction showing on your account. Are you perhaps referring to another account? If so, can you share with us the account's email address so that I can check? Or you can provide us with the following information so we can trace the account.

1. The last four digits of the card were used when they paid for the subscription.
2. Date of the last transaction of the subscription on the card
3. The expiration date of the card.
4. Card type: Visa, Mastercard, or Amex.

In addition, it's easy to check your invoices. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
4. Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section. 
5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
