Pay renewal using PayPal and retain legacy pricing

Hello,

I have been downgraded again as your system is unable to collect payment from my account, my card keeps declining it.

Is there a way that I could pay via Paypal? And please retain my legacy pricing as promised, I really want this to work smoothly. I hope you could add paypal and not credit card coz my bank keeps declining automatic payments.

Please let me know the soonest bacse my forms are disabled because of the downgrade.

Hi Joan,

I just heard back from the Relevant Team and the Legacy Price is now available in your account up until July 8th, you can now proceed and upgrade your account using PayPal. Let me show you how to upgrade and choose PayPal as the payment method.

1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy by clicking on Get Started below the plan.

3. On the page, choose the payment schedule and PayPal as the payment method. 

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

4. After you click on Pay with PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. That's it.
