Email Notification: Emails are not sending to the recipient

    when our JOT form is filled out by our sales reps, it sends to our email but it's not working now

    Hi ignaciomendeznunez,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the form with submissions, and it seems that the email notifications are sent to n*********s@k**e.com. I also checked the email notification setup, and it seems that you have not identified your Sender Email and email type. Check out the image below:

    Once you are done, can you try sending a submission on the form and check if you are able to receive the email notification?

    I have the sender email as noreply@jotform.com. I that correct? there is no field for email type that i see.

    Hi Ignacio,

    I checked the emails that are added to your notification email to see if they're on our bounce list, but that doesn't happen to be the case. Can you check if the emails are not ending up in your emails Spam folder?

    We recommend adding noreply@jotform.com to your mailbox's contact list to prevent it from blocking emails from Jotform. Another way is to Whitelist Jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully.

    After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
