Confirmation Emails/No PDFs email

    Jotforms,

    I am reaching out for some support. Our medical records department is receiving confirmation emails, but they do not receive the email containing PDF's. We were getting the PDF's email up to mid-last week. I have adjust my email exchange settings also did some troubleshooting that was on the Jotform forums, but unable to remedy the issue. I need some assistance.

    Hi Nichols,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform SupportI checked the email associated with this thread and see that it is a Guest Account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts that require only one login, It would be best if you can share the form link or the email address associated to the account where the form is created so that we can check and try to fix the issue for you.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
