Why am I not receiving emails when someone submits a registration form?

    I just had someone register for an upcoming event, but I received no notification of the registration. They received a confirmation email. What must I do to fix this.

    Hello oakgrovebullard,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. If you're working on this form, I noticed that you missed adding a recipient for your notification email, which is why you didn't receive an email after a form was submitted. It's an easy fix. Let me show you how:

    1. In your Form Builder, click on Settings in the top menu.
    2. Select Emails from the left panel, and then click on the pencil icon next to your Notification Email.
    3. Go to the Recipients tab and enter your desired recipient email address.
    4. Click Save. That's it!
