I just had someone register for an upcoming event, but I received no notification of the registration. They received a confirmation email. What must I do to fix this.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. If you're working on this form, I noticed that you missed adding a recipient for your notification email, which is why you didn't receive an email after a form was submitted. It's an easy fix. Let me show you how:
- In your Form Builder, click on Settings in the top menu.
- Select Emails from the left panel, and then click on the pencil icon next to your Notification Email.
- Go to the Recipients tab and enter your desired recipient email address.
- Click Save. That's it!
