Ticket Purchases Widget: Quantity is not updating after submission

    I have two forms in which the ticket counter widget is not counting down. Further, the confirmation email does not indicate which tickets were selected. I have linked clones of both of them below. Let me know if you need links to the original forms.

    Hi AreteCollaborative,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I encountered the same problem. But when I tried to attach a new Ticket Purchases widget to create a sample, it worked properly.

    Here's the submission:

    As you can see, the Ticket Purchase widget in your form did not adjust. But, the sample I made was successful. Can you try to attach a new Ticket Purchase widget to your form and see if it works? If the issue still persists, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

    The problem seems to be with the dollar amount of the ticket item. If I remove the dollar amount, then the ticket counts down properly. However, I need the price of the ticket item for the form to calculate correctly.

    When I cloned your form and tested it, I was able to replicate the issue.

    After investigating a bit, I noticed that you placed the amount after the quantity. This is what's causing the issue.

    Please transfer the amount before the quantity. Let me show you how:

    • On Form Builder, click on the Ticket Purchases widget and click the Wand icon.
    • On the Ticket Types, transfer the amount before the quantity.
    • Click on Update Widget.
