I hit my monthly limit for June around June 19th. I was expecting to see my forms reactivated today on July 1st. Why have they not been reactivated? See screenshot attached.

Lorenz, but when I hit view on a form it does not allow me to view the form. It sends me back to the page that tells me my view limit has been reached. Thank you for your continued assistance with this. What do you think the issue is here?

    Hi Jnoelstraight,

I cleared that cache of your forms and that seem fixed the issue. Take a look at the screenshot below:

Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Profile Image/Avatar icon.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
