Good day
I was wondering if I can make rules to allow access to the tables.
For example if a certain field value is "x" then I would like person 1, 2 and 3 to access their submissions. If field value is "Y" then I owuld like person 4,5 and 6 to have access to the submission tables.
Thanks

Hi Gershi,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is possible to let users see and edit their submission using conditional logic based on a user's answer, but it is not possible to give user access to the submission table conditionally. But also here you can, it might be possible to send those users a different email with the link to the submission table, and after they can request access to it. Let me show you how, step by step:
When the answer is 1-3:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2 Select on Emails on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on + Add Email and select Autoresponder Email. When the answer is 4-6:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2 Select on Emails on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on + Add Email and select Autoresponder Email.
5. Enter the link to your submission table.
6. Click Save.1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Select on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on Change Email Recipient.Set up the condition as follows for, e.g., when the answer is 1-3:
That's it. We also have a guide about How to Send an Email Based on a User's Answer and How to Edit the Email Template for Notifications and Autoresponders that you can check out.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
