Good Afternoon,
For some reason when i am pulling any information from this site it is only showing my the last 5000 entries - how can i expand this for my entire portfolio??

Hello @CoachingConfirm - Can you be more specific on what you're doing when you said, "when i am pulling any information from this site"?
Which information are you pulling? From where were you fetching these info? Are you referring to your submission data? Are you exporting them in CSV or XLS format? If you were trying to export your submission data to Excel, you will indeed be downloading multiple Excel files with 5000 submissions each (if you have more than 5k submissions in total for that form).
I have a feeling you're talking about the Excel download from the Submissions Page but to be sure, please provide us more info on what you're doing and what happens from your end. A screenshot of it will surely come in handy so kindly share one if possible.

After making tests, I was not able to replicate the issue that you have explained. I suppose what happened was a glitch or at that time, there was high traffic in the system which may have resulted to timing out and errors such as one you have experienced. Can you please try again and let us know if the problem persists?

I did test also on your form but I could not reproduce the issue you described. I downloaded the submission data of the form in the View Submission page https://www.jotform.com/submissions/60914549157260
All data were downloaded in one Excel file.
