Embed avatar in forms

I created an avatar.

And I want to integrate it in my forms - is there such an option.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we don't have a way to embed your avatar to your forms. However, this can be possible if you embed your form through source code in your website. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar.
2. Go to Embed on the left.
3. Select Source Code on the options.
4. Then, click on Copy Code button.
