The New Invoicing task create in CLickUp but the Current Events doesn't. I just deleted and recreated the integration and it is still not working. What have I missed??

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It appears that one field is missing on in your integration. Check out my screenshot below:
Could you map this field and test your integration again? Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Thanks for your response. That must be referring to the old intergration as I deleted it and recreated.
here is the new fields - and I still can't get it working

Hi Waqas,
I have worked it out - the phone field was stopping the task appearing. I have deleted this field and it now works. One other question though - can you map from a drop down field in jotform to a dropdown field in clickup yet? I know it wasn't possible a few months ago but I wondered if it had changed yet.

Yes, it is possible to do so. Remember that the options listed in your Jotform dropdown field should also appear in your ClickUp dropdown column options list. Check that the spelling, spaces, and even capitalization of each option match exactly.

Hi Waqas,
I got it working, now it has stopped again. It created the task under the invoicing list but not under new events. Can you see what I'm doing wrong??

Hi Janet,
I believe you are referring to the Client Mobile Number field. Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi Chris,
For some reason the mobile number field was included in the form - even though I thought I had removed it. I think I have fixed it. I just need to set the mobile field - I recall there were some restrictions to how the field need to be setup to integrate into ClickUp.
