Required Field is not saving properly

    Dear Support Team,


    I have noticed a few instances where by the required field for certain fields goes missing and the participant is able to go to the next page as there is no field required to fill up.

    Hello Sona,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Required Field is not saving properly  Image 1 Screenshot 20 Currently, I do not see any submissions in your form. Is this the correct form? Also, if the form is embedded to a website, please provide us with the correct website URL so we can check. I also cleared your form cache to refresh your forms, please test again and let us know if the issue persists.
