Monthly limit pushed to 2 months and not 1

    We had capped on our submission limit for the first time this June but instead of resetting in July as I would have expected, nothing happened. After checking the limits in the settings page, I see it's set to August instead.

    What happened here? Is our July limit going to be ignored?

    Hi SMOLLAN,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I took a look at your account and found that your account limit got reset for the month, but for some reason your account was still showing as Overlimit. I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.

    Although we don't know exactly when the difficulty will be fixed, we’ll follow up on this thread when we have an update.

    Hi SMOLLAN,

    Thanks for your patience and understanding while we are looking into this. While I was checking your account, I was able to confirm that the reset is already done, and you can load up your forms without any issue. Please refer to my screenshot below for an example:

    As you can see in my screenshot, I was able to load up the forms without any issue. Could you be so kind as to give it another try and let us know how it goes?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward.
