I am first time login with Google account but it said my account is suspected.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named [Imported Form] AnyDocs, and it is asking for login and password from the users, which is against of Jotform Terms of Use.

To activate your account, that form needs to be removed from your account. If you give us permission, we will go ahead and do that for you. Once we remove the form, we'd be able to activate your account.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
