File Upload field: Failed to upload files

    Hi Team,

    I tried to upload a video but failed after running the progress bar

    the page also shows error : STATUS_BREAKPOINT after few seconds

    Please help to solve it, thanks.

    Hi register56,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested your form, and I was able to upload an MP4 video on the File Upload field.

    Based on your screenshot, it seems you're trying to upload a 1.6 GB MP4 file. Please note that the maximum individual file size allowed for uploading in Jotform is 1GB (1048576 KB). This is also stated in this guide.

    You should be able to upload a video file in the File Upload field as long as it's within the stated limits for the field.
