I signed up and was quoted $257.40 and issued a receipt. But was charged $387.83 ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The amount displayed on the pricing page is in US Dollars. However, I understand that you are living in Australia so it seems that you were charged the value from USD converted to AUD. This is why it gave you the impression that you were charged higher.

But if this is not the case, just let us know so we can look more into this issue.

Yes but the receipt doesn't say US$ can you please issue one that does for tax purposes.

Unfortunately, we're unable to provide invoices on AUD currency. However, if you download your invoice, it will be indicated there that the charge was made in USD. Let me show you how to check your invoices:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
4. Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section. 
5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
