Hello, I want to stop the subscription at the next due date in 2025 and have my credit card no longer charged. Can you give me the procedure to follow?

Hi Durand,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can downgrade the account back to the Starter plan on your next billing date from your account billing page. Let me show you how to do it:
1. Hover over to your account Avatar located on the upper right side of the page.
2. On the dropdown menu, click Settings.
3. On the left panel, click on the Billing tab.
4. Click on the Change Plan button.
5. Next, select the Starter plan option.
6. On the modal screen, click the No thanks, continue to downgrade option.
That's it. With this, the subscription auto-renewal will stop and the account will be automatically downgraded back to the Starter plan on the date the current subscription ends.
