Why my monthly payment submission hasn't been reset on 1st of July?

    Hi

    Why my monthly payment submission hasn't been reset on 1st of July and it says it will reset at 1st of August? Isn't monthly submission for the payment with my current subscription ?!

    Hi Marco,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that your account monthly limits reset every first day of each month by 8:00 AM EST, you can confirm that from your account usage page. Therefore, you still need to wait for 4 hours and 30 minutes from now before you can receive another set of payment submissions. You can also upgrade your account to a higher plan to get a higher monthly payment submission limit instantly.
