kindly let me know what is this because when we were upgrade this that time not mention how many limits for form submissions and now you suddenly mailed us that you have reached you limits for submissions.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and see that none of your limits have been reached yet. The email that you received is only a reminder that you're nearing your 10,000 monthly submissions limit. Right now, you have received 23 submissions for this monthly period. This is expected because your monthly limits had just reset on the 1st of this month, as it happens every month. You can also view your account's usage on your usage settings and visit our guide on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.

Hi igmpi,
At the moment, no action is needed as your usage is below your account limits as seen on the screenshot that you shared. Your forms will remain able to accept submissions until any of your account limits are reached.
