Error in the form submission and response

    Hi there, I tried to test the submission form, as well as the response. The return one seems like there's an error.

    Hi enquiryadas,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I don't see anything wrong with the result. Keep in mind that the test email returns a dummy data. If you want the notification email to include what was entered in the form, you will need to make a live test submission.

    Hi Lorenz,

    Oh I see. but surprisingly when we got someone to the form submission, the email shows the same like the above but when we go to jotform website to check the submission, the values then show the correct one.

    Hi enquiryadas,

    Thanks for getting back to us. We just did a test submission on your live form. The autoresponder email we received is displaying the correct data.

    Can you check if the notification email you received is still displaying the field tags instead of the actual data? If it does, please share a screenshot of it. Also, please try deleting the current notification email in the form and re-add a new one. Then, do another test submission and check if the correct data will be included.
