I need help logging in to my account

I was filling out this form, but then could not log back in as I could not recall my Email address:

there was an extension given until July 9th and Jeform was supposed to send me a new link but no new link came.

Your other ticket was set to private to protect your email address information. I checked the website that you shared but couldn't see any forms from Jotform. If you are only filling out a form, please contact the form owner as they'd best be able to answer any questions you may have about your submission status.
