How to set up an autoresponder email which serves as payment confirmation?

    how to make sure the credit card charge gets emailed to the client? right now it only gets sent to the vendor

    Hi XanaduNYC,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Setting an autoresponder email on the form ensures the user will receive a confirmation email after payment and submission. Autoresponder email is automatically when there's an email field on the form, but here are the steps on how to set it up manually.

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Now, click on Add an Email.
    4. Then, select Autoresponder Email.
