Submission is not appearing on Google Sheets.

Hello we have this jotform up and running. https://form.jotform.com/240356521935860

This morning a parent has proven they entered the data correctly and received an email notification proving they received a response.

Their response was sitting inside the submissions of Jotform, but did not appear in the Googlesheet.

What may have caused this so that we can ensure this doesn't happen again?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Has there been any modification to the Google Sheet file? Normally, when you change the layout and any major formatting will cause the integration to break. If not, this may be an isolated case. As such, I have manually pushed the submission from our end. Can you check if the submission appears in your Google Sheet?
