Hide a page conditional logic is not working.

Hi,

The rules in my form were working but after a few days have stopped. This is now the second time, after the first time I went in deleted the rules that were there and re-wrote them. They worked when I checked them and now have stopped again.

I need page 4 to hide for IJS Singles Preliminary, Elementary and Basic Novice.

This is urgent as this form is currently being used so I have people waiting to enter a competition.

I understand the urgency of this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. I would appreciate it if you could also provide a screen recording and share it here. You can save it to your Google Drive and share the link. Make sure that anyone with the link will have access to it.
