Email Verification: Unauthorized access

When I try to verify my email with that Jots sent, click the button and get the message unauthorized to use. Please advise as need the message that was sent via the system.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you please make sure that you are not logged in to any other Jotform account before you click on the verify email button from the email verification that you received? Please go to this page first and make sure you're not logged in to any Jotform account yet. In case there's an account that is currently logged in, please log it out, here's how:

• Click your Avatar in the upper right corner of your screen.
• Then, from the dropdown, select Logout.

If you are still receiving the same error, please share a screenshot of it and we will investigate further.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help. 

I followed your instructions and logged out. Then went back to the message area, clicked already have an account as the account that was logged in was the same email. Put in pass word to log in and get the message that my emailed needs to be verified. It will not send me a verification link since one had been sent earlier and the one earlier still states unauthorized. Please advise.

Are you trying to verify this email address finllydunn@sbcglobal.net? How did you assign a password to it? I can only find a Guest account linked to that email address.

Please note that the reason why you can't verify that email, is that we only offer a one-time login feature to Guest account users. I suggest signing up using that same email.
