I keep getting logged out of my account

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you please tell us how you are being logged out? Is it while working on a form? I reviewed your account and could not find any forms. Are you referring to another account? Can you provide the email address associated with it so that we can check?

Please keep in mind that our plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are only limited for 1 user, so you cannot login to the same account at the same time or you will be logged out. 

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
