3 problems found when enabling form

    I'm having clients not able to submit payment on these forms. As I dig around, I see one of these forms is "disabled." When I click to set it to "Enabled," it tells me "3 accessibility problems found." Please help or I'll have to cancel Jotform. Too many issues and not enough quality help.

    Hi William,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form to test it, and I easily replicated the issue. There is an easy fix for this, we just need to deactivate the Form Accessibility. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to your form and click the settings at the middle.
    2. Click on Form settings on the upper left side.
    3. Click the show more options, in the middle left side. 3 problems found when enabling form Image 1 Screenshot 30
    4. Scroll downwards and look for Form accessibility, then click on disable.3 problems found when enabling form Image 2 Screenshot 41
