This keeps happening and I fear I'm losing lots of money. I keep getting people reaching out stating they cannot submit payment on my forms. It's many forms, not just one. They say when they hit the submit button, they get a "processing" icon/display that never progresses. In short, it never processes. With tickets over $400, missing out on just 5 is quite a bit of money I'm not collecting due to this issue. Please help :)

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly, I was redirected to Paypal page to complete the payment. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try to disconnect and reconnect the Paypal integration you have with your form? It is very easy to do. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, select the Payment widget and click the Wand Icon.
2. In the Upper right corner select the Gear Icon.3. Click the Downward Arrow and select the Reconnect button.
If the issue continue to happen, you advise your users to clear out their browser cache or try opening the an Incognito window.
