    Hello

    since i can not access the thread i just write a new request.

    i got an answer from Ericson_B

    telling me that the account was deleted because i would collect login information.

    we use this field called „Lösenord / Passwort“ to show the guests the different versions they can apply for our wedding. So if you check the visibility settings you can see that we only check for 3 different words to show different options. People get this „password“ from the invitation letter. For us it would be easiest to call this field like that, so people can undestand.

    can you please reenable my form?

    Hi Patrick,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your form and I understand that its Lösenord / Passwort field is associated with logical conditions that will show or hide another field based on that field's value.

    Asking for an access code to conditionally show/hide fields within your form is okay. However, you should refrain from using the word 'password' as your label to avoid being flagged by our phishing detector. You can change it to something similar like an 'access code'. Other than that, no other kinds of passwords or user credentials are allowed to be collected.

    If you agree to follow our Terms of Use and let us delete the offending fields mentioned above, we can go ahead and lift the suspension on your account.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    Yes, can you please delete the flagged field.
    i will rename the field afterwards. Is Lösenord also a flagged word or is that one ok? That would be swedish…

    Hi Patrick,

    I've gone ahead and removed the Lösenord / Passwort field on your form. Your account has been reactivated you should be able to log in to your account again.

    As for your other question, the word Lösenord also translates to Password and would violate our terms.
