Hi Stephane,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand what you’d like to do, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

Hi Stephane,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
As you can see, I was able to add data to Google Sheets. I've cleared your form caches because, most of the time, that fixes the issue. Try again with your form. If the issue still persists, try to remove and re-add your Google Sheets integration again. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, and in the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Integrations.
2. Click on Google Sheets.3. Click on Remove Integration.
4. Click on Yes, Remove.
5. Re-integrate your form to Google Sheets again.
As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Thanks Gian, this worked great for google. still not working for OneDrive, but I have found a secondary solution to download row by row manually.
