Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and it appears that there is no Submit button. As a result, form respondents won't be able to submit it. Here's how to add it:

1. Click on the Add Form Element button in the upper-left corner of Form Builder.
2. In the Basic tab, scroll down to the Submit element and drag/drop it to your form.

If you need to allow your form respondents to print the form with their submitted data, you can add a Download PDF action button on the Thank You Page. Your users will be able to download it as a PDF and print it. Let me show you how:

1. Click Settings at the top of Form Builder.
2. Go to the Thank You Page tab on the left.
3. In the Editor, click on the "Action Buttons" button.
   
4. Select the Download PDF option, enter the button name, and select the PDF(s) to be downloaded.
5. Click on the Create button.
