I'm guessing the credit card authorization form caused the problem. I can do that through Go High Level instead. Please delete that form and reinstate my account.

    Hi Leah,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Credit Card Authorization that’s breaking our Terms of Use by collecting credit card information in plain text fields.

In line with our PCI certification, we have to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms. But, we have other PCI-compliant ways you can do this. All you need to do is choose one of the payment processors available on our platform and integrate it into your form. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly, though. If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of our Payment Authorization feature.

I’ve gone ahead and deleted the offending fields and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now.

Reach out again if you need any other help.
