Issue with direct my lead on Thank you page

    Hello,

    can you help to fix issue of directing my lead to thank you page after click on submit button

    find attached the page they got

    Hi mugisha,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I noticed that the 'Thank you' page set up in the Settings of your form only had '0'. Take a look at the screenshot below:

    You can change the Thank You Page settings in Form Builder. Let me help you with it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Settings tab at the top of the page. 
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
    3. In the Thank You Page section, click on the Gear icon on the top right side of the page. Here, you can change the layout, add new buttons, and add the form fields.
    4. You can also use the Redirect to an External Link After Submission option to redirect people to another website when they submit their answers.
