Emails/Reports are not received

Hello gorcthe last whole non of the reports are being forwarded to our email. Can you please advise or fix.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To confirm, are you referring to the notification email that you receive when a user submits an entry to your form? I've checked the email address a*io*producti*ns@*o*ers.com and saw it was on the Bounce List. Jotform will stop sending emails when your email is on the bounce list. Your email might have been added to the bounce list because of a non-existent or inactive email address, an unavailable mail server, email server rejection due to suspected spam, a full mailbox, or because Jotform is on your deny list.

I've gone ahead and removed the email from the Bounce list. You should now receive emails when someone submits your form. Additionally, you can use the Send Email Action Button in Jotform Tables to resend your notification emails manually.

1. On your My Forms pages, select your form.
2. Click on Submissions at the top.
   
   
3. In Jotform Tables, click on the Add button at the right end of column headings.
   
   
4. In the window that opens, go to the Buttons tab and select Send Email.
5. Click on Next to continue.
   
   
6. Enter your desired column name, then click on Next.
   
   
7. Now, select the email template you wish to resend.
8. Click on the Create Column at the bottom to complete the setup.
   
   
9. You can now resend the Notification email by clicking on the Send Email button.
