is it possible to have the handicaps uploaded from an existing spreadsheet so that when a person is selected then this would populate?

    Hello Nathan, Hello Nathan,

If you have your respondent's details in an Excel file already, you can use the Spreadsheet to Form Widget to prefill all of the fields when the respondents enter a keyword as an access code. Let me show you how to use it:

    1. Create a spreadsheet that includes your data in the structure you see below. The column names in the spreadsheet and field names on the form must be the same.

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Widgets tab, search for the Spreadsheet to Form widget and add it to your form.
